Ki Chiapas

Summary

This single-origin coffee comes from smallholder farmers in the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico, including members of the Tzotzil and Tzeltal indigenous populations. Handpicked cherries are fermented for 12–18 hours, fully washed, and sun dried. The cup features milk chocolate, caramel, burnt sugar, toasted almonds and hazelnuts, finishing with cacao nib and marshmallow. Varieties include Caturra, Costa Rica, Marsellesa, and Typica.
