Archetype is an Omaha roaster with a championship pedigree — it's tied to Isaiah Sheese, the 2023 US Barista Champion and a World Barista finalist. Expect small-batch roasting across single origins and carefully built competition blends, with a real obsession over getting the details right. Unlike a lot of online-only roasters, Archetype has a proper presence in Nebraska: three cafés around Omaha (Blackstone, Little Bohemia and Millwork Commons) where you can drink it made properly. They ship nationwide and supply wholesale too. If you want meticulous, competition-level specialty coffee from the American Midwest, this is a serious one.
