Café Amor Perfecto has flown the flag for Colombian coffee since 1997 — back when 'roasted in origin' was a radical idea rather than a selling point. Based in Bogotá, they work closely with Colombian farmers and obsess over every step to show off single origin coffee grown and roasted right where it comes from. It's a sizeable operation now, with experience centres dotted around Bogotá, Medellín and Barranquilla, so you can taste your way through the range in person. A great starting point if you want to drink Colombian specialty coffee from a roaster that helped put the country's beans on the map.
