A certified plastic-neutral coffee blend rotating between seasonal single-origin coffees from Colombia and Honduras. Grown at 1,200–1,900 meters in the Cauca or Macala regions. Varieties include Typica, Bourbon, Colombia, Catuai, Lempira, and Ihcafe 90. Medium-dark roast with a medium brightness and full body. Offers tasting notes of caramelized fruit, brown sugar, and nutty flavours. Suitable for pour-over, espresso, and cold brew. Fair Trade and Organic Certified.
