Single-origin 100% Arabica coffee from plantations in the tropical rainforest of North Sumatra, Indonesia. Sourced through the Orangutan Coffee project, which supports critically endangered Sumatran orangutans and over 350 coffee farming communities on the Gayo Highlands. Medium-light roasted, recommended for filter preparation. Flavour profile includes earthy notes with strong, intense body, mild acidity, and hints of fruit, nuts, and liquorice.
