This coffee is made from the Caturra variety, a mutation of Bourbon, and has a washed processing method resulting in a clean flavor profile. It offers tasting notes of hazelnut, dark chocolate, and almond with a medium body and natural acidic touch. Scored 87.25. Suitable for espresso preparation.
