White Label Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, roasting to highlight coffee's natural diversity. They recently made a bold move—ditching the traditional filter/espresso roast distinction and now roasting every origin the same way, regardless of brew method. It's a thoughtful, quality-first approach that reflects their commitment to openness and cooperation through the whole chain. They run three Amsterdam spots (West, Zon, and the roastery itself) plus Native in Haarlem, all serving their single-origin beans daily. Expect washed Rwandas, natural Brazils, and clean Ethiopians.
