The Coffee Officina is a UK specialty coffee roaster based in Essex, built around single-origin beans and serious traceability. They source from Kenya, Brazil, and Nicaragua, with tasting notes that actually land — black tea and crème brûlée from Kenya, rum and raisin from Brazil. Provenance is their north star: they want you to know where your coffee comes from and what makes it unique. Alongside the beans, there are brewing guides, a subscription service (first two deliveries at 15% off), and merch like caps and Kinto tumblers. No cafe spotted yet, but their coffee ships nationwide.
