Founded by Brazilian native Marcelo de Souza, the Highbrook roastery is now part of New Zealand's Beverage Services, but the focus stays on the cup: a range of blends and single origins that go from sweet, nutty to bold, chocolatey. They keep it simple—there's a caramel-sweet Metro for everyday, a floral Ethiopia when you want to treat yourself, and a solid decaf for later.
