They roast on eco-friendly electric air roasters, bringing out the best in each bean while keeping things sustainable. Ethical sourcing and full traceability matter here — from farm to cup, they shine a light on the growers who make it happen. Their lineup includes single origins like China Gui Ben and Colombia La Mina, plus a sugarcane-processed decaf from Papua New Guinea and a house blend called Fellside. There's a Roaster's Choice subscription for regular deliveries. They're open weekdays and Saturdays at their Kendal roastery, with a mix of specialty coffee beans, brewing kit, and merch to explore.
