Plural Cafe

Plural Cafe is a Paris-based specialty coffee roaster with a deeply cooperative soul. Roasting in the French capital, they champion the idea that great coffee is never a solo act—it's the result of many hands, from growers to baristas. Their seasonal selection rotates with harvest cycles to guarantee freshness, featuring single origins from Brazil, Ethiopia, Peru, and Colombia. Beyond paying fair, stable prices, they support farming communities with training and equipment and train refugees in barista skills. Plural believes in democratizing access to good coffee while honoring everyone along the chain. A small roastery built on solidarity, where every bag carries a story of collaboration.
