Mindwater Coffee Company

Mindwater Coffee Company is a specialty coffee roaster in San Diego, USA, turning out small-batch Latin American coffees with a California ease and a Colombian heartbeat. Inspired by the founders' Colombian heritage and Sweden's fika ritual, these beans are roasted in tiny lots that celebrate the farmers behind each harvest. The current standout is a Costa Rica medium roast — approachable, balanced, and made for slow mornings. Proudly Latino and gay-owned, Mindwater is less about hype and more about story, connection, and the simple joy of a really good cup. If you're a home brewer looking for something thoughtful, this is a roaster worth your counter space.
