Gordon Street Coffee is a Scottish specialty coffee roaster with roots in Glasgow and Edinburgh, opened in 2014. They hand-roast small batch beans on their Diedrich machine, Deirdre, using sight and sound rather than computers to nail each roast. Lighter, medium, and darker roasts are all in play, with Great Taste Award winners among them. Their original Glasgow roastery and shop is temporarily closed after a fire next to Central Station, but the Edinburgh roastery is running as usual. You can also find them at a pop-up at Glasgow's Barras Market on weekends and at a pub in London Waterloo. They ship across the UK and believe good coffee is unmissable, but Gordon St Coffee is unmistakable.
