Gold Box Roastery

Gold Box Roastery is a specialty coffee roaster based in Dubai, UAE (with a UK HQ), known for direct-trade microlots and a passion-meets-science approach. Founder Barbara Croce and a team of Q-graders and championship baristas source standout single origins like Kenya Anaerobic and Colombia Mango Bliss, roasting them to highlight bright, fruity flavors. You can visit their roastery-café in Dubai, where a Probat roaster hums behind the glass and the cold brew espresso tonic is a must. Prefer to brew at home? Their Surprise Monthly Coffee Subscription delivers new finds to your door—perfect for exploring without the guesswork.
