Fuglen Coffee Roasters Oslo

Fuglen Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster in Oslo, Norway, with a café in Gamlebyen. Their online shop is stocked with single-origin beans from places like Kenya, Burundi, Colombia, and Peru, plus equipment, merch, and tea. They roast fresh every week, and there’s a coffee subscription club that sends a new coffee each month. Beyond the beans, Fuglen runs barista courses, cupping sessions, and brewing guides—so they’re clearly into helping you get better at home. It’s a proper coffee nerds’ hangout with a Scandinavian streak: clean, curated, and seriously committed to the craft.
