Fritz Coffee Company is a specialty coffee roaster based in Seoul, South Korea, in the game since 2014. They've built seven cafes across the city—Mapo, Jongno, Yongsan, Seocho, and more—plus an outpost on Jeju Island in Seongsan. That's a lot of corners of Korea to cover for a roastery barely a decade old. They run a steady rotation of single origins, blends, cold brew, and decaf, with a coffee club (subscription) for regular bean shipments. Helmed by Kim Byung-gi and Park Geun-ha, Fritz offers everything from drip bags to capsule coffee. Whether you're brewing at home or stopping by one of their Seoul cafes, they're making specialty coffee part of the daily routine—and they ship internationally too.
