FINCA

Finca is a specialty coffee roaster based in Dorset, UK, focused exclusively on single-origin, SCA 80+ grade beans. They've been roasting for years—long before opening their first coffee shop back in 2014. Today they run multiple cafes across Dorset, which sets them apart: most roasters don't serve their own coffee day in, day out. Finca does. Every batch they roast gets pulled through espresso machines in their own shops, so they hear exactly what customers think. All their coffee is available online and in their cafes. It's a roast-to-retail setup built on real-world feedback, not guesswork. If you want beans that have been dialled in before they reach you, this is your spot.
