Belfast Coffee Roasters has been turning out quality-focused specialty coffee from the heart of industrial Belfast since 2018. Their Foundry Blend—named after the MacAdam brothers' Soho foundry where they roast—kicked off the whole thing. Full-bodied, with redcurrant, buttered toast, and honeyed brioche. The lineup cycles through single origins too: Brazil, Guatemala, Peru, Colombia, and beyond, each backed by proper transparency notes and farmer stories. They roast in small batches, offer free UK/Ireland delivery over £30/€35, and run a subscription for those who'd rather not think about reordering. No café of their own—just straight-up beans roasted a stone's throw from Belfast city centre.
