All Day Roasting Company is a specialty coffee roaster based in Taipei, Taiwan, open since 2014. They began by pouring other Taiwanese roasters' coffees, which sparked a love for light roasts—bright, sweet, and balanced. By 2016 they were roasting their own single origins with that signature style. Now they run several cafes in Taipei plus one in Kaohsiung, and their NORMAL sister brand spreads the specialty-coffee gospel as a lifestyle. Subscriptions, Slayer espresso, and a chain of passion from farmer to barista—these folks take the everyday cup seriously, but keep it friendly.
