Summary
Single origin Ethiopian coffee from the Worka Cooperative in the Gedeb woreda, Yirgacheffe region. The coffee is produced by approximately 300 smallholder farmers at elevations of 2000-2400 meters. It is naturally processed with cherries dried whole on raised beds, resulting in a vibrant and fruit-forward cup. The coffee offers bright floral aromatics with notes of blackberry, hibiscus, and yellow peach. The Worka Cooperative is a member of the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (YCFCU), which supports over 45,000 smallholder farmers in the Gedeo zone.
