Kayon Mountain

Summary

A washed single-origin coffee from the Kayon Mountain Coffee Farm in the Guji zone's Odo Shakiso district, Ethiopia. Produced by Ismael Hassen and his family, the farm uses biodynamic and socially responsible practices, with coffee grown under indigenous tree canopy. This Ethiopian Heirloom variety coffee is washed processed, with cherries de-pulped, fermented in small batches, and slow-dried on raised beds for two to three weeks. Flavour notes include Apricot, Sweet Cream, and White Peach with a creamy texture and crisp clarity.
