A single-origin coffee from Colombia's Huila region produced by José Martínez Guzmán. Made from Pink Bourbon variety beans grown at 1800 meters elevation, processed using the washed method. Light roasted with tasting notes of raspberry, peach, and grapefruit, offering an elegant and bright cup. José Martínez Guzmán is a dedicated producer whose farm is meticulously maintained, and whose washed Pink Bourbon placed 5th in Colombia's 2021 Cup of Excellence.
