Cosmic Ripple Blend is a limited blend from Verve Coffee Roasters featuring an organic Ethiopian coffee produced by Mustefa Abakeno. Grown at 1950-2100 meters in the Jimma zone of Western Ethiopia, this washed Ethiopian Heirloom coffee offers a clean, articulate profile that is luminous and expressive from hot to cool in the cup. Mustefa Abakeno farms 18 hectares in Beshasha Kebele and helped found two cooperatives, processing cherry from his farm and 36 neighboring smallholders. The coffee is medium roasted and suitable for both espresso and filter brewing methods.
