Colombia Nursery Project Chiroso
Summary
A single origin coffee from Urrao, Colombia, produced by Pergamino and The Allied Farmers Project in partnership with 23 smallholder farmers. This washed Chiroso (Caturra Chiroso variety) was grown at 2,000 meters elevation as part of Verve's Farmlevel Nursery Project, which planted 60,000 Chiroso seedlings. The cup offers ripe Grapefruit, juicy Nectarine, and decadent Fudge sweetness with layered complexity and clarity. Light roasted, suitable for filter brewing methods. $1 from every bag supports the Farmlevel Foundation.
