Szczecin Blend

Summary

Szczecin Blend is a local blend roasted slightly darker but not dark, crafted in the style of Italian espresso with the addition of high-quality robusta to stabilize brewing and provide that Italian espresso aftertaste. It features characteristic nutty notes and a large crema, low acidity, and good specialty coffee composition. Freshly brewed shots deliver a kick and pleasant sweetness and depth of flavors and aromas. Extraction in a pressure espresso machine is forgiving of grinder setting errors. Naturally occurring oils give nutty notes with a slight bitterness of stone fruits. Ideal for pressure espresso machines, French press, and especially Italian moka pot.
