A medium roast blend of coffees from Guatemala (Atitlan), Colombia (Boyaca, Cundinamarca), and Brazil (Norte Pioneiro, Paraná). The Guatemala component uses Bourbon, Catuai, and Caturra varieties with washed processing. The Colombia component uses Castillo and Colombia varieties with washed processing. The Brazil component from Capricornio Coffees uses Bourbon, Mundo Novo, Catuaí, and Tupi varieties with natural processing. Flavour notes include bittersweet chocolate, black cherry, and roasted almond.
