Wide Awake
Summary
Wide Awake is a strong espresso blend from ST. ALi, composed of 67% Brazil (Alta Mogiana region) and 33% China (Yunnan High Grown). It is processed using washed and natural methods. The coffee offers tasting notes of toffee, hazelnut, and marmalade, with a full-bodied, caramel-forward cup that holds its flavor in milk drinks. It is roasted on the darker side and specifically engineered for volume milk drinks, also suitable for stovetop and cold brew.

Grind: Fine
Built for espresso, designed to have milk added. If shot tastes flat or weak, grind finer and reduce yield slightly. If bitter, open up the grind. Syrupy body responds well to slightly longer extraction. Try 52g for maximum sweetness and volume in milk.

Grind: Coarse
Combine grounds and cold filtered water in a jar or cold brew vessel. Stir to combine, cover and refrigerate overnight. Strain through a fine mesh or paper filter. Serve over ice, straight or with milk.
