Summary
A light roast blend from Colombia, Ethiopia and Kenya. Washed processing. Tasting notes of white peach, bergamot, honey and jasmine. Bright and expressive, with vibrant citrus acidity and a clean, tea-like finish. Suitable for espresso, plunger and stovetop brewing.

Grind: Fine
If shot runs too fast and tastes thin, grind finer. If it runs slow and tastes bitter, go slightly coarser. Aim for a steady pour from around the 8-second mark. Pull toward the longer yield (52g) to reveal more vibrant citrus, peach and floral character, or shorter (46g) for greater sweetness and bo

- 1.Pour enough water to saturate the coffee, give it a gentle stir and allow it to bloom for 30 seconds. (30 s)
- 2.Top up with the remaining water, place the lid on without pressing, and steep for 4 minutes. (4:00)
- 3.Press slowly and serve immediately to avoid over-extraction.
Expect a bright, refined cup with notes of white peach, bergamot and honey, delicate jasmine florals and a clean, tea-like finish.
