A single-origin coffee from Tadesse Yonka, a second-generation producer in Bensa, Sidama region, Ethiopia. Grown at 2,350 masl, this coffee features resilient highland varieties 74158 and 74119. The anaerobic natural processing involves 72-hour fermentation in sealed barrels, followed by 24 days of drying on raised African beds. The cup is textured and tropical with notes of fairy floss, watermelon, and papaya. This is Seven Seeds' first release of an anaerobically processed Ethiopian coffee.
