A washed coffee from Guatemala's Huehuetenango region, produced by Ramon Pablo Chalez on his farm Los Pablos in Aldea Com, Jacaltenango. Grown from Caturra and Pache varieties, this coffee is washed processed and presents notes of chamomile, raw honey, and green grape, with soft floral aromatics and a sweet herbal tea character. It has a medium body, balanced sweetness and acidity, and can be brewed as both filter and espresso.
