Trust The Process - Campo Hermoso Anaerobic Black Honey
Summary
A single-origin coffee from Finca Campo Hermosa in Circasia, Quindio, Colombia, produced by third-generation agronomist Edwin Norena. The Yellow Bourbon variety is grown at 1500-1700 masl and undergoes an Anaerobic Black Honey process with a unique fermentation stage incorporating hops and malt. The coffee is light roasted and offers a sweetly tart cup with notes of graham cracker, dried orange peel, jasmine, chamomile, lychee, and ripe kiwi, with a balanced wine-like acidity.
