Summary
This naturally processed coffee comes from the Wush Wush washing station in Ethiopia's Keffa Zone, widely considered the birthplace of coffee. Selectively harvested and hand sorted, the cherries undergo a float tank separation before being dried on shaded tables for approximately 30 days. Grown at 1,912 masl by smallholder farmers averaging 0.5 to 2 hectares. The cup profile offers raspberry lemonade, semi-sweet chocolate, hibiscus, and clementine sweetness. Varieties include 74110 and 74112.
