Summary
A single origin coffee from the Gedeb district near Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, grown at 2,000 masl. Produced by smallholder farmers delivering to the Tracon Trading Worka Sakaro washing station. The coffee undergoes an anaerobic natural process where cherries are vacuum sealed in stainless steel canisters for 4-5 days, then sun-dried on raised beds for 15-18 days. Tasting notes include raspberry tea, Nutella, plum, and dark cherry with a delicate cherry blossom aroma and hint of rose. Light roast.
