Summary
A washed single-origin coffee from the Shantawene village in the Sidama region of southern Ethiopia. Grown on approximately 500 small farms at 1920–2020 masl, this landrace coffee was processed at the Bombe Abore washing station using traditional washed method: depulped, fermented 36–72 hours, washed, and sun-dried on raised beds. Light roasted, offering a delicate and mellow cup with notes of jasmine, peach, and white tea. Selected as No. 7 on Coffee Review's Top 30 Coffees of 2023.
