Summary

This Ethiopian coffee comes from the Guji zone, one of the highest regions in Ethiopia. Smallholder farmers cultivate the coffee in traditional coffee gardens under native shade trees without chemicals. The washed processing results in a crystal-clear profile with jasmine, peach, black tea and lime notes, offering a light, tea-like body and bright, clean citrus acidity. The coffee is grown at 2000–2200 meters altitude and features Heirloom varieties.
