It is produced by the Asociacion de Productores Sostenibles Chachapoyas (APSY), a group of 32 producers, 55% of whom are women. The coffee is washed and made from Catuai, Typica, Catimor, and Bourbon varieties. It offers a delicate floral aroma, sweet plum notes, and a cocoa finish, roasted to a medium level.
