Ethiopia Yirgacheffe washed coffee from the Kochere region, sourced from 650 small family-owned farms organized around the Kochere coffee mill, owned and operated by Matewos Ersemo. Processed using the washed method: cherries are sorted, depulped, fermented for 36-48 hours, washed, and dried on raised beds for 12-15 days until moisture reaches 11.5%. Clean, sweet, and strikingly complex profile with characteristics typical of washed Yirgacheffe coffees.
