Single-origin coffee from Risaralda, Colombia, produced by Juan D Gallego at Buena Vista farm (Don Gallego / Agroindustrias Gallego SAS). Castillo Rosario variety, grown at 1810–1940 masl. Processed with Bioreactor Anaerobic Washed method: 24 hours aerobic fermentation, then pulped and anaerobically fermented in a bioreactor for 58 hours. Medium roast, suitable for filter and espresso.
