Nicaragua Yellow Pacamara Rosé Washed
Summary
A single-origin coffee from Nicaragua's Jinotega region, produced by Fincas Mierisch at Las Delicias Farm. This Yellow Pacamara variety, known for its large bean size and exceptional cup quality, is processed using the Rosé Washed method—a double fermentation technique involving yeast inoculation and skin contact. Grown at 1400-1450m elevation. The cup offers aromas of blackberry, passionfruit, and Meyer lemon, with flavors of mango, cassis, tart cherry, grapefruit, and chocolate, featuring boisterous acidity and a thick coating mouthfeel.
