This Gesha coffee from Las Delicias farm in Jinotega, Nicaragua, produced by the Mierisch Family, is processed using the Champagne Natural method—a controlled natural fermentation in sealed bioreactors with selected wine yeast strains. Grown at 1,260–1,400 meters elevation, it presents tasting notes of passionfruit, yuzu, cherry, and milk chocolate with a bright, floral, polished cup profile. Roasted to a medium-light profile suitable for filter brewing methods such as pour-over and Chemex.
