Summary
A single-origin coffee from Finca Nejapa, located on the slopes of Cerro las Ninfas in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range of Ahuachapán, El Salvador. The farm is owned by fourth-generation grower Gloria Mercedes Rodríguez Fontán and has won multiple Cup of Excellence awards. This nanolot features the rare Yellow Pacamara variety, a genetic mutation discovered on the farm in 2009, processed as a honey. Tasting notes include grapefruit, caramel, Meyer lemon, and cane sugar sweetness with a full-bodied, chewy mouthfeel. Altitude ranges from 1,480 to 1,580 masl.
