Summary

A single-origin Colombian coffee from Granja Paraíso-92, a family farm using innovative cultivation systems including terraces, drip irrigation, and laboratory-based nutrition calculations. This Yellow Geisha (a yellow-fruited mutation of Geisha T.2722) is grown on 1 hectare of their 120-hectare farm. The coffee undergoes a unique multi-stage processing: sterilization, fermentation in cherries in a bio-reactor with selected local microbes, pulping, a second fermentation phase, thermal shock sealing, and machine drying at 38°C for 46 hours. It offers bright, sweet, creamy flavors with notes of fruit, peach, and milk tea.
