A single-origin washed coffee from Erick Fernando Bravo Urbano's Finca El Chaferote in the San Agustin municipality of Huila, Colombia, grown at 1600m altitude. This Pink Bourbon variety coffee offers a delicate and complex aroma with notes of ginger blossoms, jasmine, mandarin orange and honey. The cup has vibrant acidity, sugar cane sweetness, hints of pink grapefruit, and a silky texture with milk chocolate finish. The farm placed 3rd in the 2019 Colombia Cup of Excellence and 5th in a 2021 Huila cupping competition.
