Rome Blend

Summary

Rome Blend is a classic espresso blend composed of 35% Colombian Arabica and 65% Ugandan Robusta. The Ugandan Robusta provides a thick, velvety crema, full body and intense cocoa-dark chocolate base, while the Colombian Arabica gives a finer structure, softer texture and harmonious finish. The result is a low-acidity yet complex coffee with clear flavor structure and long-lasting character. Cupping notes include cocoa, dark chocolate, and marzipan. This blend won the Kávékorzó award in 2013.
