A single origin Laurina variety coffee from the Cerrado region of Brazil, produced by Daterra at the Boa Vista farm at 1150m elevation. This naturally low-caffeine coffee is processed using a combination of anaerobic, aerobic and honey methods to create complexity. The cup profile features floral notes with red berries, tropical fruits and grape, complemented by milk chocolate, caramel, hazelnut and marzipan. It has a balanced character with complex acidity. Scored 87 points.
