Summary
A single-origin 100% Robusta coffee from the FEDCAFE cooperative of 585 smallholders near Tuxtla, Chiapas, Mexico, grown at 1,100 meters in the Sierra Madre. Processed using the traditional Robusta method (natural/unwashed). Sensory profile: nose of peanuts, dried fruit, and deep roast notes; palate of earthy power, nut, and wood; finish of chocolate and nut. Very strong and nearly acid-free, with high caffeine content. Suitable for espresso and Greek/Turkish/Arabic brewing.
