A 50/50 blend of caffeinated and decaffeinated single origin coffee from the Popayán region of Colombia. Half the beans are Sugarcane E.A. decaffeinated, half are washed process. Grown at 1,500-2,070 MASL by a group of approximately 65 farmers in the Popayán reserve. Varietals include Caturra and Castillo. Flavour notes of plum jam, dark chocolate and Brazil nut. Roast profile is omni, suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
