Memory of the Nation - Sametová is a charity coffee from Honduras produced by Renato Sanchez at La Cidra farm in the San Andres locality of the Lempira region. It is a washed coffee of the Catuaí variety grown at 1800m altitude. This medium roast from the Nový Standard line offers a sweet profile with notes of chocolate, nuts, ripe fruit, yellow apple, nougat and almonds, with a creamy body and lower acidity. Suitable for espresso, moka pot, Aeropress, French press and automatic coffee machine preparation.
