It is a regional blend sourced from about 100 smallholder farmers participating in the LIFT sustainability program. Grown at 1400-1600 meters above sea level in volcanic soil, the coffee is washed processed. Flavour notes include dark chocolate, date, baking spice, and butterscotch. The coffee is known for its smooth, clean cup with a subtle acidity.
