UFO is a coffee from Lykke's own washing station in the Rwenzori Mountains of western Uganda. It is sourced from thousands of smallholder farmers in Bwesumbu County. The coffee is of the SL28 and SL34 varieties, fully washed, and processed at altitudes between 1500 and 2100 masl. It offers flavour notes of unrefined cane sugar, red berries, and toffee, with a balanced and sweet profile intended for filter brewing.
